Prenatal Yoga:.

During pregnancy, as a woman experiences the enormous ​physical, emotional and spiritual changes that prepare her to bring another life into the world, she needs community and nurturing guidance to help her through this incredible time in her life.

Prenatal Yoga is the perfect way for a woman to give herself the love and care she and her baby need, prepare her body for labor and childbirth, as well as connect with others and learn about all that is to come.  

The practice involves safe and simple, yet effective, exercises designed to strengthen and relax the rapidly changing body, preparing a woman for a conscious birth.
