Prenatal Yoga is the perfect way for a woman to give herself the love and care she and her baby need, prepare her body for labor and childbirth, as well as connect with others and learn about all that is to come.
The practice involves safe and simple, yet effective, exercises designed to strengthen and relax the rapidly changing body, preparing a woman for a conscious birth.

*For pregnant women unable to attend scheduled prenatal yoga classes, any listed Stretch and De-Stress classes are extremely gentle and pregnancy-friendly!! Many women opt to take one of these classes weekly in addition to their weekly prenatal class so that they can practice more frequently.
