Yoga for Seniors is a safe and gentle class focusing on breathing, stretching, strengthening, and balance, considering all the body changes and health issues that can occur with aging. Instruction is always tailored to your individual needs, meeting you exactly where you are.
Addressing health issues such as high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, joint replacement, movement disorders, cancer (during and post treatment), balance and fall prevention, stress and/or depression, chronic pain, and much more.
Anyone, at any age, is welcome to join, if this is what your body needs.
